Our primary beneficiaries are households experiencing short-term poverty. Light Be classifies these beneficiaries into two categories: Youth and Families with Children.
向上流動租約
Upward Mobility Tenancy
針對短貧戶的特定需要，要有光開發了一種嶄新的房屋工具，稱為「向上流動租約」。
To meet the specific needs of these households, Light Be has developed a groundbreaking housing tool called the "Upward Mobility Tenancy."
光房、青年光房、光屋
Light Home, Youth Light Home, Light Housing
要有光目前營運著三個房屋項目：分布在十八區的光房和青年光房，及位於深井的光屋。
Light Be currently operates three housing projects: Light Home and Youth Light Home, which is spread across the eighteen different districts of Hongkong, and Light Housing located in Sham Tseng.
