光房和青年光房
光房是要有光的首個房屋項目。光房主要由私人業主慷慨提供的住宅單位組成，位於香港的不同區域。這些業主主動接觸要有光，表示願意利用他們的私人物業來幫助有需要的人。
光房採用合租共住理念，特別為單親家庭提供支持性的生活環境，幫助他們克服工作與育兒平衡的挑戰。
同樣地，青年光房也是一個房屋網絡，專注於年輕成年人和工讀生，支持他們的自立之旅。
為了配合向上流動租約中的三年計劃，我們會根據受惠住戶的背景，以及光房和青年光房單位的位置和面積，進行配對。
Light Home and Youth Light Home
Light Home is the inaugural housing project initiated by Light Be. Light Home primarily consists of apartments generously offered by private property owners located in different districts of Hong Kong. These owners proactively approach Light Be, expressing their willingness to offer their private properties to help those in need.
Light Home embraces the concept of co-housing and specifically caters to single-parent families, offering them a supportive living environment that helps these families to overcome the challenges of balancing work and parenting responsibilities.
Similarly, Youth Light Home is also a network of properties, focusing on young adults and working students, helping them in their journey of self-reliance.
To align with the three-year plan in the Upward Mobility Tenancy, we will match based on the backgrounds of the beneficiary households, as well as the locations and sizes of the Light Home and Youth Light Home units.
光屋
光屋是一個具開創性的房屋項目，啟發了香港社會再思如何善用未被充份利用的房地產資源。光屋最初是一個閒置的工廠職工宿舍，現在已經轉變為專為家有兒童住戶而設的住宅社區。該項目的成就獲得了美國建築師學會香港分會2019年的嘉許。
光屋提供數十個超過350平方尺的寬敞單位，並且每個單位皆配有露台。居民還可以享受專屬的兒童設施和深井區內豐富的海濱資源。
Light Housing
Light Housing is an innovative housing project that has inspired Hong Kong society to reconsider how to make effective use of underutilized real estate resources. Originally an idle quarter for factory workers, Light Housing has been transformed into a residential community specifically designed for families with children. The project's achievements were recognized with an Honorary Chapter Citation by the American Institute of Architects Hong Kong in 2019.
Light Housing offers spacious units exceeding 350 square feet, each equipped with a balcony. Residents also have access to dedicated children's facilities and the abundant seaside resources within the Sham Tseng area.
光村
光村是位於天水圍站旁邊的一個項目，交通非常方便，項目首階段發展佔地約20,000平方呎，將提供約70個單位。該項目已獲得政府的支持。目前正在動工興建。
Light Village
Light Village is a project located next to the Tin Shui Wai Station. It enjoys excellent transportation convenience. The initial phase of the project covers an area of approximately 20,000 square feet and will provide around 70 units. The project has received government support and is currently under construction.
光廈
光廈是一座位於油塘灣、靠近油塘站的7層高工廈建築，預計將提供約160多個住宅單位。該項目已獲得政府的支持，並已啟動前期工作。
Light Factory
Light Factory is a 7-storey industrial building located in Yau Tong Bay, near Yau Tong Station. It is expected to provide approximately 160 residential units. The project has received government support and the preliminary work has already commenced.
